Robert Garcia is the Vice President – Global Development for the Aden Educational Group, Executive Director – ADEN University and Professor in Business and Human Capital Management. He is responsible for the establishing partnerships throughout the world for ADEN’s global programs and the management and administration of ADEN University. He brings a wealth of experience in the fields of business, human resource management, training and development, sales and marketing, leadership consulting, health care administration, operations, and diversity. Most recently he was Vice President of Global Operations at Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) where he established a network of over 50 providers to deliver the SHRM HR Certification program globally.
